Hotel Lords Regency - Connected To Mall Road - Shimla

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Mall. Spacious and clean rooms. Delicious and piping hot breakfast served in the room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good views and well-maintained rooms. Comfortable mattress and fabulous shower.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. With reasonable prices and attention to detail, it offers great value for the services it provides. The location is perfect for exploring The Mall, as it is situated high on a hillside from the main road. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service, making sure all your needs are met. The basic amenities in the rooms, along with the breathtaking view, add to the overall experience. Additionally, the breakfast spread is delicious and satisfying.

While improvements could be made, everything was satisfactory.

During our Christmas stay at the hotel, we appreciated the helpful and polite staff, as well as the convenient location close to local attractions. The room was clean, and we enjoyed the comfortable bedding. the hotel had free on-site parking, which was a great convenience during our stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects during our stay. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room.

The hotel was really old and not well maintained. the elevator was ancient and barely worked.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, always available to help with any requests. The only small improvement I can suggest is to update the lobby area and furnishings.

The staff at Lords Regency were well-behaved and attentive, especially the hotel MD Vikas Seth who fulfilled all our primary requirements. The food was delicious, and even though they didn't offer a buffet system, the breakfast was still very good. we had a happy and satisfying stay at Lords Regency.
